Not satanic. At least not originally. The sabbatic goat (baphomet) represents complete harmony. Mercy/justice, life/death, male/female etc. It's all represented in one image. The church of Satan adopted it as they often do, and now it's seen as satanic. I think MC ride knows this and wears it as a fuck you, as the rest of his "satanic" tattoos essentially the exact same story.
